Pecivo od malina sa BAM Prirodnim stolnim zaslađivač, na bazi steviol glikozida i eritritola lagana i slatka slastica koja spaja jednostavne sastojke s bogatim okusom maline. Integralno pecivo napravljeno od otopljenog maslaca i BAM prirodnog zaslađivača zdrava je osnova za ovaj ukusni desert. Dvije trećine tijesta rasporediti po dnu tepsije, a ostatak izmrviti po vrhu. Nadjev od smrznutih malina i BAM džema od malina bez dodanog šećera i škroba je sočan, taman sladak i osvježavajući. Ingredients: 360 g wholemeal flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon salt 84 g melted butter 60 ml of milk of choice BAM natural sweetener 230 g frozen raspberries BAM raspberry jam 3 tablespoons starch A squeeze of lemon juice Additional butter or milk if necessary Method: Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Grease a baking tray or line it with baking paper. In a large bowl, mix together the wholemeal flour, baking powder, salt, melted butter, milk and ½ teaspoon of BAM natural sweetener. Knead well to form a uniform dough. If necessary, add a little more milk or butter if the dough is too thick. Spread two thirds of the dough evenly over the base of the baking tray, creating an even layer. In another bowl, prepare the filling. Mix the frozen raspberries with the BAM raspberry jam, starch, a little lemon juice and an extra teaspoon of BAM natural sweetener. Stir well to combine the ingredients. Spread the filling evenly over the dough in the baking tray. Scrape the remaining third of the dough over the top of the filling. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes until the pastry is golden brown. Remove the baked pastry from the oven. Serve warm or chilled.
