Melt the BAM dark chocolate in a water bath or in the microwave. 2. Decorate your chosen chocolate mould with pistachio crumbs and BAM gold and white chocolate. 3. Pour the melted dark chocolate into the mould and spread it evenly over the entire surface in a thin layer. 4. Place the chocolate mould in the fridge for a few minutes to set the chocolate. 5. Meanwhile, prepare the filling: cut 1 puff pastry sheet into thin strips. 6. Melt a tablespoon of butter in a frying pan, add the puff pastry strips and fry them golden brown. 7. Transfer the cooled puff pastry strips to a bowl and add half a jar of BAM pistachio spread. Mix well. 8. Spread the filling evenly over the mould and press it firmly against the base. 9. Cover with melted dark chocolate and place in the fridge for at least 15 minutes. 10.
